WHAT'S YOUR WHY?

I love motivating because I get to push people to their limits and help them create better versions of themselves. In the 50 minutes we have together, the class becomes a space free from anything outside the room, where we can just be present with ourselves and each other. I love the energy that builds in the room and the connection we form just by being there together, pushing through challenges. Music is also one of the most powerful forms of healing and I know just from hearing songs I get inspired or even just get brought to another place where I can be free and just enjoy life in that moment. Knowing music I play can also do that for others brings me joy and comfort.

FAVOURITE MUSIC

I listen to hip hop and R&B quite a bit. I do love all genres of music though and listen to everything else from house to jazz and even folk and indie pop.
