Spin has empowered me to endlessly show up for myself, authentically, as I am. That's the type of impact I wish to have in this community. I believe that the confidence and mental resilience we build inside the spin room, we take with us into all areas of life. I have the privilege of connecting with others through the choice of continual self-growth - and that's so meaningful to me.
