WHAT'S YOUR WHY
I want every single rider who walks into that room to feel seen, inspired and challenged. I want you to push yourself, even when it feels impossible. I want you to lean into being uncomfortable, even when it feels scary. I want you to know that showing up, that moving your body in a way that feels good, is always enough. I want to help you fall in love with being uncomfortable, because that’s when the growth happens. I want you to show up big for yourself. I want you to leave class feeling powerful, strong, and unstoppable. I want you to know that I’ve got you, ever step of the way. And if, for just 50 minutes, I can give you that space to get everything you showed up for. If I can make you feel like you can accomplish anything. Then I’ve done my job.
FAVOURITE THINGS TO DO
Reading (we love a good SMUT book over here). Fitness with friends and building community. Spending time on the East Coast by the ocean. Iced coffees, even when it’s -40. Good food paired with even better Cocktails. Travelling with the people I love.

I pride myself on finding the most unique, high energy remixes of some of the most popular songs. I love EDM, Dubstep, Rap & Hip Hop, and I’m even known to sprinkle in some Pop. I’ll play anything with a heavy beat and an even bigger beat drop! I post my full spin Playlists on SoundCloud so you can always get a preview of my style before riding with me.
